Via Tender: provide better graphical information if a sub key is no longer valid
Reported by Support | December 23rd, 2011 @ 04:00 PM | in 1.1 (closed)

Better:
In the main window, show each key's capabilities (encrypt, sign, certify, authenticate). This lets the user quickly identify signing-only keys, or private keys whose Master (sub)key has been removed in order to disable certification. Such a display would be useful to users who understand subkeys, and perhaps even more useful to users who do not.
If a key's subkeys are displayed, either in the Key Inspector or by expanding the key in the main window, display the capabilities of each subkey. Ideally, there would be some visual indication of which subkey is currently the default subkey for each function (that is, the newest non-expired, non-revoked subkey with a given capability).
