latest GPGTools 20110127_2 doesn't overwrite old version of GPGPreferences

After noticing this I tried a restart and re-run GPGTools but the GPGTools Pref Pane stays version 0.5 (2011-01-26).

Verions.txt and the installer say GPGPreferences should be version 0.6.

If I uninstall GPGPreferences and then re-run GPGTools Installer, GPGPreferences version 0.6 installs correctly.
