
Create an installer that only runs the installers from other packages

Followup issue for #30. Currently every change (e.g. in post flight
scripts) must be populated at least twice. The current system works
but it doesn't make a lot of sense.
In this context each project should use the very same
"create_dmg.sh" build system to create an Uninstaller, mpkg, and
dmg.
