Remove binaries from installer and compile the sources instead

I think we shouldn't add binaries to the installer repositories. Not very trustworthy.

Or even better: only include the installer packages of all other projects. So this installer only runs the installer of other GPGTools projects.

Also it might be a better idea to e.g. download the packages from github in the build script instead of adding them to the repository. Another idea might be to provide a mini installer that downloads the pkg-files when the user starts the installer.

Now the released binaries are downloaded instead. No binaries in the repository, no need to compile everything.
