re-open GPG Suite Preferences + Mail app after installation / update

macOS 11.3.1
After 2020.2 or 2021.1 installation or update only GPG Keychain is re-opened after installation while GPG Keychain, Mail app and GPG Suite Preferences were open prio to installation / update.
Expected
All three components should be re-opened after an update or installation.
