remove requirement to access control system events to remove old autostart entry

Several years ago, we added a mechanism to remove an autostart entry for gpg-agent. On macOS 10.14 the installer asks the user to allow permission to access system events.
"Installer" wants access to control "System Events". Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "System Events", and to perform actions within that app.
This is no longer needed so let's remove that code and request to avoid this permission request when installing GPG Suite.
