Uninstaller does not include option to remove preferences

Feature: include checkbox option in uninstaller (default off) to remove all preferences related to GPG Suite.
As soon as the user ticks that option, we should remove all preferences and settings if then the uninstaller is executed.

Let's keep the prefrences as it will help users should they return to GPG Suite.
