
The installer should abort if the .gnupg folder can't be created

If the user folder is "immutable", this can be seen by running
the command ls -aleOd@ ~
, the .gnupg folder
cannot be created but the installer keeps doing its job.
So the user thinks that everything is fine, while nothing is fine.
The installer should check if the .gnupg folder can be created,
and if not abort.
As a help for the user the command above should be run and if the
"uchg" flag is set,
the user should be told how to fix it.
