Remove or merge org.gpgtools.gpgmail plist files

For a long time when GPGMail Mountain Lion was in testing
phase,
it was not possible to read/write the plist file outside of the
sandbox,
which lead to the fact, that all changes were written to the plist
inside of
the sandbox.
Now there might be two gpgmail plists with important
settings.
The installer should check if there are two, and with a best
effort
try to merge the both. If it's a mountain lion system with >=
2.0b6 installed,
the outside plists should be considered, otherwise the sandboxed
plist
is likely to be more important
