Show GPGTools version installed in GPGPreferences.
Reported by Luke Le | May 10th, 2013 @ 07:20 PM | in 2013 05 (closed)
At the moment there's no way to check if a user has
installed
a particular version of GPGTools which makes it hard to debug
problems sometimes.
GPGPreferences should display which version of GPGTools is
installed,
if any.
Also, it would be great if it showed the version of any of the
installed tools,
maybe under the new Updates tab.

Is this really fixed? I see an option to display the version in the comment field. But I don't see the version of the GPGTools Installer displayed anywhere. Think that would be handy.

The GPGPreferences show all tool versions and Build numbers in the Updates tab.
All that's missing is to display the installed version of the GPG Suite. But for that we have a ticket in the GPGPreferences section where it belongs: https://gpgtools.lighthouseapp.com/projects/66966/tickets/50-displa...
So setting this here to fixed.
