Instead of forcing the user to quit mail.app, show popup at end of installation

after the installation is done, show a popup, informing the user that
A new Mail.app plugin has been installer. You need to restart
Mail before you can use GPGMail.

if we don't kill mail.app during installation this can lead to problems so wontfix. mail.app will be shutdown during the installation.
