    Hi Michael,

    we've seen this problem a very few machines before.
    Would you consider running a tool like OnyX to clean your system's caches and run some other maintenance scripts?

    That might help.

    This here is our ticket system where we manage the bugs once we've found and isolated them.

    Just repost your question and we'll take a look at your problem. Don't forget to include version numbers of the softwares you are using. Also the installer log might be worth transferring.
