10.8: GPGMail Installer should use OS X Sandbox container com.apple.mail.plist instead of system wide com.apple.mail.plist

Because currently Console.app looks like this:

I also remember that Mail.app under ML printed this line thousands of times in the background after the upgrade.

Under Mountain Lion Mail.app is running in sandboxed mode and thus uses the new concept of containers where each app gets there own container and the preference file is also completely isolated from all other preference files.

If the /Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist or ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist still exist, Mail.app will continue to attempt to read them but can't succeed due to sandbox restrictions.

Simply trash that file to remove the console log flooding.

On install of GPGMail we should loop through each user and set the EnablePlugins and BundleCompatabilityVersion settings in each user's Mail.app container.

It seems this is no longer necessary on 10.8 at all.
