A user installed the christmas GPGTools installer.
He installed all packages as pre-selected.
The installation seemed to work just fine, so did our tools.
But seeing his logs, the gpg-agent.conf file was missing. -

Mh, not sure about this. The autofix will now create an empty gpg-agent.conf file (see https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGTools_Core/commit/a3e8ef09270a9a32a8...) - but why is it needed?
