Just to specify what needs to be updated:
- background icon when the GPGTools are mounted as a volume in the finder - when the mpkg from that volume is launched, again there is the old GnuPG iconbotht should be changed to the new lock, which stands for MacGPG

- State changed from “new” to “hold”
Background has its own ticket.
Installer background not changed because the new lock does not look good as background.
