Native (M1) version of installer

Assigned to
GPG Mail Support Plan #1805. If not specifically specified,
packages produces a x86_64 version of the installer instead of a
arm64 version.
We'll have to look into how to create a proper M1 installer (rather
universal), since otherwise the installation of GPG Suite already
requires Rosetta 2 (which doesn't come pre-install on macOS Big
Sur)
