Create installer for 10.6 32-bit macs

GPG Suite b5 won't work on 32 bit macs. Thus let's create a fallback installer for 10.6 32bit mac users using the 2013 release with the lastest libmacgpg.
GPG Suite b7 will no longer install on such old systems. #189 dealt with this and is fixed.
Let's clone the design from our nightlies website and use it for "Old versions". That website should offer builds for
- 10.6, 32-bit

@steve https://releases.gpgtools.org/nightlies/GPGSuite_10.6_32Bit_a1.pkg returns a 404
additionally, https://releases.gpgtools.org/nightlies/ does not show anything with a 32Bit in the name

kathrine, please report such problems via our support platform. this is the bug tracker, which we try to keep clean. thanks for the info though, I have updated the previous link accordingly.

We are still working on a website to offer releases for old versions of OS X.
