prevent 32-bit systems from installing GPG Suite

A 32-bit users ran the installer and then ran into error messages when opening GPG Keychain. Since all the tools require 64bit, we should prevent execution of the installer in the first place and display an info message exlaining to the user "Sorry, but you are using a rather old 32-bit mac. GPG Suite will not work on 32-bit systems."
