Uninstall does not remove the GPG Keychain app

After an uninstall, the GPG Keychain is not removed from the Applications folder.
The keychain application is no longer useable, because Libmacpgpg has been removed.
Tested in: GPG Suite - 2014.11.Yosemite-b2

- Since we've renamed GPG Keychain Access to GPG Keychain it was no longer found by the uninstaller. Now the uninstaller checks for both and removes them properly. https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGTools_Installer/commit/699a9e4a42930...
