create .dmg for uninstaller

although technically not necessary, using a .dmg for the uninstaller solves two problems:

user would face a similar and known environment once the .dmg is mounted
we avoid showing a white uninstaller icon on white finder background

So let's use the default .dmg layout and only include the uninstaller to provide a lightweight solution for users wanting to leave.
