Uninstaller fails to remove the GPGPreferences system pref.pane

Workaround:
- open system preferences
- right-click GPGPreferences
- select remove
- bueno
Setting priority to medium since it would be important to fix. It's not nice to leave files on the user system if they choose to Uninstall.
