Offer GKA for 10.4 similar to what we did with GPGMail

On http://www.gpgtools.org/keychain/index.html we only offer GKA for >=10.5
Since we have the installation file for 10.4 on https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGKeychainAccess/downloads we should offer it.
Similar to http://www.gpgtools.org/gpgmail/index.html the ("get old releases for: ...").
