After fixing #43 stylesheets are not loaded

After you've fixed #43 (thank you very much), the style sheets are
not loaded locally anymore since they are prefixed with "/".
At least the wiki (https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGTools_Homepage/wiki/First-steps)
should be updated.
