Create appcast xml file for each application

Based on the version information of each application an appcast compatible file should be generated. This has the following advantages:
- MacUpdate, iusethis, heise.de, ... and other software
repository sites can automatically update their application entries
(usually you can specify a sparkle update URL there)
- The user can add this file to his RSS reader (so the file
should be linked on the project pages)
- Some applications need the appcast files anyway

Started.
- Example: http://www.gpgtools.org/installer_appcast.xml
- Tested with: Firefox, Google Reader, Apple Mail, Shrook RSS reader
- Open issues
- no signatures (done - e.g. for gpgmail)
- no file sizes (done - e.g. for gpgmail)
- not valid feed (done - w3c rss validator)
- single feed for all apps missing (done - also linked an the about page)
- link to the feed on each project site and the news page (done - e.g. for gpgmail, gpgtools, ...

I think we can close this. We have Appcast files for all maintained projects.
GPGFileTool and GPGPreferences first need some more development work.
