GPG Services not activated

Installed latest GPGTools_Installer-latest.dmg 27Nov12
Activated services in keyboard per kb article
In TextEdit SERVICES and GPGService Menu entries not showing.
To date, have not been able to encrypt from either TextEdit or Mail.
MacBook Pro, OSX 10.8.2
Suggestions?

This here is our ticket system where we manage the bugs once we've found and isolated them.Just repost your question and we'll take a look at your problem. Don't forget to include version numbers of the softwares you are using.
