Add Link to Tender Get Started Guide

The Tender "Get Started" Guide is a great way for beginners
to
find their way around our tools.
At the moment it's hidden in Tender's KB, hard to find.
It should be linked in the FAQ and get some prominent space on the
first page
close to the screencast.

Actually it should replace the screencast (which is now part of the Quickstart Tutorial).
After that maybe even adjust the links to the screencast on gpgtools and direct all that traffic to tender (the screencast is on there) instead.
Then people might click on other help topics but on our homepage (screencast section) they are in a dead end.
