Clean up the entry page

I liked the first mockup, where there was lots of space and the whole page was very simple. we shouldn't clutter the entry page with too much info. what I mean is: instead of listing the incubation + unmaintained projects on the first page, all that info could go to the projects page and we would make another page as starting/entry page for gpgtools.org with a very clean view.
