Add "make validation" to the Makefile

This should run e.g. W3C HTML|CSS|RSS|MobileOK Validator, YSlow, PageSpeed, Seitwert, robot.txt checker, sitemap validator, browsershots, accessibility checks, ... on the local changes or (might be easier) the current version of the web site.
